Reduce coin shop costs for dual wielding jobs

Most jobs only need 1 weapon. However, dual blades and kannas require 2 weapons, and therefore must pay twice as much for end game absolab and arcane weapons, which isn't very fair.

I don't have a solution as to what the coin costs should be. One thing to keep in mind is that dual blades share daggers with shadowers, but not kataras. Kannas use 2 fans, one for herself and one for haku.
