Cash item cannot be put into Auction House

Brief bug summary:

The Queen's Evening Party permanent item cannot be put into Auction House.

More details:

The item has not been equipped previously. It CAN be traded in Cash trade, just not be put in Auction House. Trying to do so will give the error message "This item cannot be listed." It was listed in Auction House before, but when the listing expired I could only Reclaim the item. There was no option to re-list. I do not know whether this is a global issue for all Queen's Evening Party items, or if it's just mine. I only have one so I cannot check.
