    To my knowledge, the beauty salon tutorial does still give hair coupons, however they are not VIP coupons.

    yeah the tutorial coupons give you the ugliest face and hair in the game, not even worth doing it, but if you do make sure you save your beginner hair and face first as you will definitely want to switch back
