Please Fix the "Trainer's Command" quest

Bug type: Quest broken - Did not give 'Follow the lead' skill.

No "Follow the Leader" skill in beginner tab for my Kinesis after I completed the Trainer's Command quest. However my others characters was able to complete this quest and obtain the skill.


Main character name: S7even21
Character level: 218
Character job: Kinesis
World name: Luna

Date and time of the incident: (2017/01/07)
It has already been more than a year and I still have the same problem
