Abrup endcards crash on 1920x1080 resolution

Hello,
When finishing an arc on the Abrup storyline with the new resolution, the endcard display is all messed up and clicking next on the dialogue to get back to the gameplay causes the game to softlock and to need to be restarted in order to be able to continue.
