Lady Blair's "[?????] ??? ??? ? ?" quest

After the most recent game update (v200) I have received a quest from Lady Blair called "[?????] ??? ??? ? ?". From what I understand Lady Blair rewards you with a cash shop equip for equipping certain cash shop sets or royal hairs. If this content was intended for GMS servers the reward is not being distributed as intended. If this content was not intended I feel like it should be.

From the memo posted just now, it seems they're at least aware of the quest issue, and they've stated that Lady Blair's quest is unintentional.

I am still missing my reward from that quest, or rather. I can not complete it, it just ends with that weird line of mysterious symbols.
