Effect not displaying message

After the update I received this message randomly and was wondering what the effect is. According to the message it has something to do with my graphics card not displaying something correctly, but I haven't noticed any difference. It says to restart the game but I would still get the message.

    I've been getting the same message. Jw, what Maplestory resolution are you using, what's your monitor resolution, and are you using full screen or windowed mode?

    I have tried the new 1080p resolution and thought that was the problem but I still get the message after going back to 1366 x 768

    my monitor is 1440p and I use both screen and window mode from time to time

    I am also getting that message. I play on 1366 x 768 and full-screen mode. A couple of my guildies are getting the message to, but then there are also others that aren't. A bizarre bug to say the least.

    Playing on the 1080 beta, windowed and not seeing this bug.

    To me also that message appears and it is annoying because it makes the game lag I have windows 7 ultimate and the message comes out in full screen or windows mode and in any resolution how can I solve this? Thank you
