Bug type: Can't even begin quest

Brief bug summary: I can't click the "Finish quest" book above my head

More details: I received the first quest, and I left the Afterlands before I even got to remove the bushes, and the quest cancelled itself, but not really. I came back to the Afterlands, destroyed the bushes, finished the quest, but it wouldn't let me click on it to finish the quest

Steps to reproduce: Get the first quest, leave the Afterlands, come back, and break the bushes blocking the door

Character level: 109

Character job: Zero

World name: Renegades

Date and time of the incident: 11/25/2018 around 4:40PM
