Não consigo acessar o jogo pois fala que está faltando esse "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll"

Are you running Windows 7? You have to get the Windows update for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and then install this update at the very least: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows
