Guild Level Glitch

At first I didn't think anything of it, as quite a few members for my guild were not very active and I know that when someone hasn't been online for a while, their level turns into 3 question marks; However, I noticed that this is now the case regardless of when people log in actively and for extended periods of time. I haven't seen my guild actually show the levels of my members offline for months. This hinders my ability to recruit people as it makes my guild look less active than it actually is. I noticed this being the case on my friends guild as well. I was hoping it would get fixed soon, but it hasn't been yet, so I decided to make this post to inform you of it.
