My hair keeps changing into Pigtails

Brief bug summary: Hair randomly changes into pigtails.

More details: Sometimes when I log out and log back in, my character's hair changes to pigtails. Luckily I have my hairstyles saved in the salon to change it back but this has happened at least 4 times already in the past week or so.

Steps to reproduce: Log out and log back in. Sometimes the hair will be already be pigtails on the character screen, sometimes it will be pigtails after logging in.

Date and time of the incident: latest incident on 12/5/2018 - around 1 PM PST
