Animal crystal ball and swinging ball chair?

Why are there two kinds? aren't they the same?

    The Swinging ball chair doesn't change the background music, and (Correct me if I'm wrong) requires you to invite people onto the chairs.

    The Animal Crystal Ball Chair does change the background music as well as allowing players to use the chair by pressing the sit button while near it.

    I can confirm that you don't need to invite people to use it

    Seems like the differences are that:

    - swinging ball has no bgm but animal crystal ball does

    - your character sitting on swinging ball will make a random expression but animal crystal ball doesn't and is just default face
