Stuck at Wu Tien Mountain 600m up: Entrance

Hi, I would like to report that my character in NA Reboot is stuck in the map "Wu Tien Mountain 600m up: Entrance," I can't hyper teleport, boss que, town scroll, or maple guide out of this place and it won't let me exit through the portals.

Ign: Capsair
Server: NA Reboot
Map: "Wu Tien Mountain 600m up: Entrance"

I hope you could fix this problem so I can continue playing, Thank you in advance and your help is much appreciated

    Hello i was trying to get a mvp buff and now my character is stuck in Wu tien mountain 600m up entrance...!!! I can't hyper rock or teleport to my friend...!!! Please teleport me out thank you :)...!!!
