Bug type: quest progression

Brief bug summary: After knocking down the wall in the Land of Riches, I am unable to interact with Louie the Average to continue his quest. There is a locked quest icon above him, and I can't talk to him. This has locked me out of the Ready Spear quest, and prevented me from obtaining the final key.

More details: I have obtained and used every other key. I did not interact with Louie the Average or with Horemheb until after completing Mansa's questline and knocking down the wall in the Land of Riches.

Steps to reproduce: Complete Mansa's questline before interacting with the hanging gold bag and talking to Louie.

Character name: noumen0n

Character level: 92 (at time of first interacting with Louie)

Character job: White Knight

World name: Reboot

Date and time of incident: December 28th 2018 at approx. 6:00 PM EST

Edit: somehow, the issue resolved itself and I was able to complete the quest.
