PIC Reset

Hello
I did not play for a while and now I try to log in again, I don't remember my PIC and when I try to reset it its saying "You do not have a game character or password has not been set up on this account."

What can I do to retrieve it ?

    I can still see my previous purchases for NX and my characters still appear when I search them under the "Community" tab.
    When I log in, I cant see any of my characters! Says I dont have any. :/
