illegal programs on maps

Good afternoon, administrators, I have come to present some complaints about illegal programs that are used in the games, my character has reported several characters that use illegal programs and I would like to know if they have closed their account, I also request a map revision :
1. BLACKGATE CITY
2. MU LUNG GARDEN
3. EDELSTEIN
since, it is observed greater amounts of people who use illegal programs.
Adding that the characters that use the most illegal programs are:
1. KANNA
A pleasure to support you, in order to end the people who use the game with bad intentions.

    If you really wish to know you can always check the public ban records for the characters you have reported.
    Other than that, they know that Kanna has a huge allure to hackers. A map overhaul is unlikely to happen due to hacking issues.
