stuck on Nexon game security

the nexon game security thing is on the bottom right for a few minutes and if i wait long enough sometimes the game starts. even when the game starts sometimes its just white screen, or when it goes through and i log in its crashes and gives me NGS Update Error : 0xe0100201(-535821823).
