Retro World Promotion Coupon - no maple equipments

According to the patch notes (and overseas services which had that Retro World event previously):
Retro World Promotion Coupon: You will automatically receive the following:
Retro Coins (x5)
You may receive one random Maple Anniversary Equipment.

However, I didn't get any Maple Anniversary Equipment.
Is that intended not to be given? If it is, so it's very disappointing.
If it's a bug, please fix this shortly as the coupons are dropped during 1 week only.

Awww, I must say that I'm quite disappointed about that decision to remove the maple anniversary equipment from the reward list.
