Can I get firestarter ring and Outlaw heart now?

I recently knew firestarter ring, Outlaw heart and Battle-roid, but I don't know how to get it. Can I get those from marble machine? If I can only get it for a certain period of event, I wonder when is the date.

    Marvel and Philosopher book are the ways of obtaining those items.

    Right now you can obtain them by buying from other players.

    Marvel Machine and Philosopher's Book are recurring limited-time events that have a low chance of giving these items. When one of those events rolls around, you can try your luck with them.
