Returning player- EU servers dead?

I played like 2 years ago on Luna.
There wasnt exactly loads of People, but a healthy amount of players.

I returned now and logged in to my char to find a ghost-world where I met 2 AFK players in 3 days (Henesys), so I figured "Hey, we got a EU reboot now? FInally".

Created a character there, had a blast, but it was also...empty.
So where are all the EU players? On the US servers?
Would I lag alot?
And is there a burning char-event coming up soon?lol

    Where are all the EU players? Probably off playing better games lol.
    US is pretty empty as well, except for Bera, Scania and Reboot, and even then it hasn't been "healthy number of players" for years.
    And whether you're using EU server or US server, you're still gonna lag no matter what cause they use potatoes to power their servers.
    And yes there's burning event going on right now

    I don't really ever lag (Only sometimes during 2x) on reboot. East Coast, just go to the lower channel numbers.
    I've noticed that the people who complain about lag with megaphones are always on double digit channels.
