white eye and full bangs hair for android

Hello, I wanted to have Full bangs hair and white eye color for my android. But for some reason, these two aren't available. The full bangs hair is a vip hair but is one of the few vip hairs that aren't available for androids. And white eye color is the only eye color not available for androids, meaning you can buy the white lens in cash shop, but you cannot use it at the android beauty npc in henesys. This makes me very sad. Could you at least add full bangs hair as a royal hair so that I could get it that way?
