Get rid of the cool down for node decent skills!

The skill cool down for decent skills is lower than the active time of the skills. There is no point having a cool down! If the cool down were eliminated we could macro them and then I would have more places on my keys for other things. As a Kanna I'm running out of space with all the summons, buffs and skills. At one point I thought kms was getting this change. I don't know if it ever happened or not, but it would be a very nice change.

    I'd love to Macro them tbh...but I wouldn't hold my breath.

    I believe the cooldown mostly exists so that you can't rebuff if you die before the timer is up. (IE: Bossing)
    There is certainly a point to having the cooldown. Now if we need that point, is a better question.

    The stupid comes into play when you remember that decents from potentials(and formerly nebulites) have no cooldown

    Another fun tidbit, equipment skills are affected by buff duration and they don't cancel when unequiping either.
    10 minutes of a "free" buff on my mage which has good buff duration regardless? Sure I'll take it.

    I have 3 battle roids so my decent buffs don't go away when I die. Many people have buff freezers even if they don't have a battle roid, so cool downs are pointless!
