I don't know how it works, but if getting a huge amount of people report the same person (sending a ticket) with evidence of chat doesn't do anything, that what COULD do anything?
there's recently been a player (won't say his name, just say what happened, obviously, I know i'm supposed to send a ticket, WHICH I DID.) who's been basically behaving in a toxic manner towards a lot of people, and he would whisper people and just swear them, telling them to get a life, not spend money, blah blah blah, you get the behavior.
I reported him, and was told that there's been a reply that I got from nexon that they are investigating...(?)
I don't know how long it takes, but right now, this person has been set out free with this behavior for more than 3 days.
Obviously, we can block him and such, but some action needs to be taken from the staff, how long is it gonna take them to ban him?
Are they even gonna ban him when evidence was provided? It doesn't seem like anything would happen soon...
It's just sickening to see this person affecting other people in a bad way.
I don't usually encounter trolls and toxic people, but this one is just irritating. It's not about me being hurt, it's about not letting wander around and spread his bad behavior...
Nexon said they can't say what are the consquences for this person, but I just don't see any results, he's still there, bothering other people.
