Vanquisher's Charm isn't working right after the update. It spends 20 mana every second it's active now, instead of on initial use 20 mana, and then slowly drain mana over time if you hold it down. So now if you hold it down, you run out of mana in 5 seconds. I know this is a bug, because otherwise this skill is ruined and so is bossing zzzzz
