Game wont launch

Ive done everything, clean boot, reinstall, repair game files, change on regedit screen to 1,2 and 3, and still the game wont launch. I press play and i get the nexon security pop up but then nothing else happens. MS doesnt even show on task manager. Any one have any suggestion on what else i can do?

Im on windows 10 i5 nvidia mx130 512 vram

    Tried everything as well.
    Just now, it played perfect, then I DCed anc back to the same problem i have randomly struggled with since the patch.

    was this during the maintenance? this usually happens when they play button in launcher doesn't get greyed out during maintenance.
