Cannot hand in RP quest, when >10 is stored

Bug type: Quest functionality

Brief bug summary:
In this patch, the number of how many different sources of reward points that can be held before claiming them in the cash shop was increased from 10 to 20. But the quest to turn in for reward points still have the limit of 10.
Reward points granted by token function correctly and can be redeemed until 20 times.

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Claim more than 10 different reward points
2.) Attempt to claim RP from quests
