Cash Shop still D/C's me after the maintenance

The unscheduled maintenance today (Friday, June 14, 2019 | PDT (UTC -7): 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM) stated this as one of its intended fixes: "Fixing an issue where some players would disconnect when trying to enter the Cash Shop." Just thirty minutes after the maintenance completed, I log in and attempt to enter the cash shop. I was disconnected again. The error (the same as before the maintenance) reads: "Unable to connect to the game server. Please try again later." Does this mean that some of the issues stated within the maintenance notes were not actually fixed? Or is my account an entirely different matter? And this was right after I spent money on NX, big oof.

    this happens to me too, i spent $20 and spent it all on cosmetics but left it in the cash shop, now i can't even get what i bought let alone buy anything else lol hope this gets fixed soon
