Check out the v.256 - The Dark Ride: Limbo Patch Notes
here!
1. What is the strongest class now? All opinions are welcomed.
2. Also, I love playing Zero, so I'd like to know how this class will fare end game and whatnot.
Thanks

Zero's endgame is pretty good. He's got pretty much every utility skills you can ask for from any other class. It's the #1 job in terms of personal utility (iframe, ign death, self-heal, drain, binds, teleport mobility, ign def, dispel abnormal status, dispel boss' buff and etc). In terms of party utility and buff, it's pretty much seconded only by Bishop. Because of Zero's amazing ability to aid through numerous binds that doesn't overlap with one another, it's pretty much welcomed in any boss raid party. Downside is that road to zero's endgame is pretty f-ing hard because it's literally #1 hardest job to finish v-matrix. Also, due to its untradable 2ndardary AND main wepon, you have to work on your main gears yourself. You can't just buy good finished weapon off of market like other classes can. Another downside is that it's got low limitation due to low # of hits. Zero at the end game will have high chance of hitting max dmg, and that combined with low # of hits make Zero low limitation class. This means you're not gonna be able to solo some of the hard bosses from Lucid and above (but then again, even other jobs with high limit cap is gonna require you to sell your body and soul to nexon to reach stats endgame enough to solo these hard bosses, so who cares).
When you're asking for "strongest class" you're gonna have to give more details than that. Are you talking about strongest pure damage dealer, synergy damage dealer, supporter, and etc. Are you talking about strongest class with hand control management accounted? Are you talking about strongest class when unfunded, funded, heavily funded, or "I'm nexon's slave" funded? There are several variables that can change each classes strength, and not to mention that one balance patch can bring down "strongest class" down from its #1 spot. There is however two jobs that no matter what variables may apply will always remain in bottom of the abyss: Mechanic and Beast Tamer. No matter what variables apply, these two jobs are pretty much always worse than other classes with similar stats. Some may say "that's just your opinion" but it's not, it's an actual fact. Don't get me wrong, you can play these jobs well and grow to like these characters, and they certainly have their own individual "charm" but they're always gonna be weaker, in almost every aspect, when compared to other jobs with similar stats.
