Constant Game crashing/Disconnecting- Steam Client

When on the Steam Client, after some play time in a day my Game will begin to have issues, mainly Crashes and randomly disconnecting.
I'm not sure if this is an issue with the game its self, the OS i'm using, or lack of Memory.
