Origin of the "Alien in my Head" Hat

So I bought this hat a while ago and cant find the origin of it on internet. I also can't find any other sold in the aucton house.
Does anyone know where this is from?iXNqEC2.png

    Idk might be a reference to an old mtv cartoon that had a guy with a alien living in his head (shrugs)

    Hmm, it could be? I don't think the show has many similarities to the hat.

    Very interesting. sorry for the necro, but did you ever learn anything about it? All i can tell is that KMS had these in some boxes and possibly MSEA during the RED update. No clue how one of these would have ended up in EMS. Possible that it was through illicit means? I vaguely recall an EMS player obtaining a "Coke town" item somehow and after the merge, this item exists in GMS currently
