you can go to support and verify your existence. Hopefully you used real info when creating your account so you can prove that you own it with drivers licence and other things that should not be needed to play a game on line. I used fake info to create some mule accounts back in the day and then the emails associated with them were deleted by hotmail. The domain @live.com is now locked so i cannot remake them so those accounts are now as good as deleted. Even knowing all the characters on the accounts and what is on them does not seem to be enough to regain my accounts once the verify pops up. Good Luck!

And now the site and launcher will not let me log into another of my old accounts that I was just on yesterday. I get the notice that "Either this account doesn't exist or the password is incorrect. Please try again." I was just on it yesterday and I don't have an email associated with that account so I can't even change the password. Did nexon just block me from a second account???
