Major fps drops in twilight perion

So i have major fps drops when i go to twilight perion.
When i get to a map with monsters my game practically freezes, I barely see it moving so i can get my mouse on the return to town scroll after trying to get my mouse on it for an hour (-_-).
Before getting to lvl 187 i didn´t have any such problems so i highly doubt its because of my specs and because i have leveled there in the past with my laptop so it isn´t that 100%. It also isn´t a issue with my internet connection.

Please can someone help me!!!!!
Can´t level my burning character to 200 at this moment and its really frusturating.

PS: gonna try to fully reinstall but ain´t gonna get my hopes up gonna update on that in a hour or so...
edit: that took way longer so sorry but still no change and i tried some other maps aswell and found out that i get fps drops when there are a lot of high leveled enemies on the map.
