I spent ~320 circulator and haven't see a single as line. I even saw 2 skill +1 lines and 2 target number +1 lines during the process. I start to feel like I could never get it on my marksman main. Did anyone get that line via honor reset?

    I've gotten in once through rolling inner, no circulators, and it took somewhere around 500k honor to do so. I think I rolled past it a couple of times on my db in my hunt for the 20% boss line with circulators. Felt bad.

    Point is, yeah it's likely gonna be an absolute pain to get, but at least you're on reboot and can sink mesos into circulators. You'll get it sooner or later.
