maplestory not launching after nexon security/

hello all mapler
i formatted my computer just now, then i cannot start maplestory. after the nexon security pop then nothing happen....
i tried the soscreenmode changed to 3 , nothing happed... then i tried to change it to 4, i was able to get something pop up after the security... but it is maplestory has stopped working- -
i tried the compatibility....but it doesn't work
i dont know how to fix it
please please please help me

    Have you tried checking task manager? One of my problems is that the Nexon Launcher opens up so many copies of itself (at least 10+) for literally no reason, taking up my CPU and memory which prevents MapleStory from running. There’s also times when the MapleStory program is running in the background but doesn’t actually open, and this also blocks the game from opening. In both cases, I go to task manager and end each of the duplicate programs which usually fixes the problem. If this doesn’t work, I’ve got no clue and you’re probably better off talking to player support than the forum.

    nah i checked, nothing related to nexon is running in the backgound... only one nexon launcher...
