Game crashes after clicking create character.

On the steam version of Maplestory, which should all be the same as normal MS, when I click the create character button during this new burning event it just crashes with no error or anything.

    I'm experiencing the same issue but with the regular client using Nexon Lauincher.

    I was able to resolve the issue, just now! Make sure you're not in windowed mode. I made the game fullscreen and was able to create a character and log in.
