Cleansing potion recipe

Does anyone know where I can get the cleansing potion recipe? Do I need it to make one or can I increase my alchemy level?
Any help would be appreciated thanks!

    They drop from Zakum and Horntail for sure, not sure what other bosses drop them. Yes, the recipe allows you to make the potions for 24 hours I believe. After that, you 'forget' the recipe and have to get another one. So, look up the ingredients and make sure you stock up on them so you can make maximum use.
