Thoughts on last memo?

So a day ago a new memo was posted on the web, adressingg several issues, what are thoughts about it?

    All platitudes, no results. Not sure how much of the last few memos have been truth or just lies spun to placate angry players.

    I will say this though, nexon needs to stop touting how many accounts they ban in a given period until they add more validation to the account creation process beyond "existing email not currently assigned to an existing account + password". And banning an IP address if it makes too many accounts in an amorphous period of time? Not a solution. Not when IP addresses are trivial to spoof.

    Yeah, a day ago i was just training my DW and suddenly i got dced twice to select world window and it appeared a message saying i got disconnected for suspicious activity or 3rd pty programmes idk, and the only other window that was opened was google chrome and discord... ,i got so scared i stoped training.
