    Try turning the background setting to lowest in the system option menu.

    I have lowest graphic settings but still lags bad

    It's the gray background. It's not like the background colored gray. It's an overlaid effect, like an extra layer in photoshop, and for some reason it lags like hell.

    Going off of my own personal experience with this exact issue, you don't; you sack up and power through as best you can.
