Add an autobuy list to Auction House

Some Free Market Merchants had a buy option that allowed players browsing the market to sell items to players who had one of these merchants up and was easy to sell stuff to them rather than waiting for a buyer (most likely had to buy a merchant/store permit yourself) to sell the item to someone.

Adding a buy list so players can list items they want to buy in the auction house will make it easier for buying x items for y price rather than frequently browsing the AH to see if an item you want is being listed for sale and for the price you want to buy it for. Players wanting to sell their items can also browse the list and see the possible buy offers players have placed and can then fulfill their transaction.

The auction house should also include an auto fulfill action when selling an item to sell an item to someone who has placed a buy offer that also happens to be equal or above the sell price someone might be selling the item for, which is similar to how the Meso Market (maple point version of Auction House) works.

What if someone auctions off a valuable item at a very low price by mistake but the auto-buy system sold his item the moment he put it on there?

To be perfectly honest, nexon's got a really bad track record for "auto" things. Every banwave that happens is generally because they tweaked something in their auto-ban script or whatever it is. Let's leave as much manual as possible, yes?

Probably should have paid more attention then. Also wait periods can work for these sorts of mistakes.
Most valuable items are up for sale at all times it seems like anyway.
I feel like this wouldn't be useful for lowballing items, but more of buying more rare items that barely show up.
(IE: Cash Shop stuff or things less commonly sold because of 10 item limit)
