Trying to buy 10k maple points coupon

I have 10k nx credit and I tried to purchase a 10k maple point coupon in Elysium however i cant choose my payment options. What do i do to purchase it? when I try to purchase it through cart it lets me choose credit but then it says error and kicks me out of cs
