Make Blacklist apply to all characters on...

Make blacklisting someone apply to all the characters on the listee's account. In a game like MapleStory with 50 character slots, someone can just log on a different character and keep harassing you. So with 100 Blacklist slots, and 2 very persistent people, they could take up the entire blacklist list. This can be changed so that the listed ign applies to all characters on the same account so they can't just cycle through their mules and keep doing the same thing.
