This is a Boss that is design for both mid-game players( on the Lower difficulties) and End game Players to give them a challenge there will be a 5 second potion Cooldown so you guys can't tank him. also it will have 3 difficulties Normal, Hard, and Cursed.

There is no concept art or story. When you said Arthur, King Arthur, Arthur Read, Arthur Weasely?
Plus they will all be mid game to end game bosses
A little backstory Vemonous is the one who took over Zkjfukia and the Surrounding lands(he also made everything Turn Evil there)and the Land beyond time Tyrmaskuis.(thus providing a Place for the black mage to hide)
each of Vemonous 6 underlings controls a part of these lands by their Sheer Power(they make Chaos Vellum look like a joke) and are also Causing a Lot of problems in Leafre and the temple of time Since two of them are hiding in Leafre Plotting They are Dalmore and Fermaskcus( the weakest of the 6). They can only be detected by Heroes(they are the only ones Besides Cygnus that can Detect them.
Honestly, this seems like a really bad idea. The bosses are too hard, like way too hard. 900% defense? That's some fake difficulty right there. Good luck to ANYONE trying to dent it, you'll be doing barely any damage even at max level. And the story, the Black Mage is already hiding in the Arcane River. So he doesn't need another place to stay. Overall, maybe you should rethink this thoroughly.
