Brief bug summary:
Since the new glory patch 20th of november 2019, "Spaced Out guy face/Spaced out gal face" has a changed appearance. I have attached pictures below of the before and after. Also showing how the blinking is messed up. Originally it looks how its shown in this Cash shop update. http://maplestory.nexon.net/news/52536/cash-shop-update-for-august-28
