Ark link skill capped at lvl 2 after glory update

I'm not sure if anyone else has this issue, but I noticed that after the glory update my ark link skill is level 2 even though my ark is level 210, and i'm pretty sure I remember my ark link skill was level 3 before the patch

Can someone else confirm this?

    I've noticed this too. We were told that there were no plans to remove 3 link skills, so I don't know what happened. I hope they look into this. So far, it's the only link skill affected so I hope they fix it and revert it back to level 3.
