Lv.1 Cyrus stuck on map "Knight Orientation Area"

I create a new Cyrus character and the game disconnect while I was processing an orientation quest. I re-login and finished that quest, but my character doesn't receive any continued quest, and there is no portal on the map "Knight Orientation Area". I try to log out and change character, but it still doesn't work.

And It's my tera burning character so I don't want to deleted it.

Job: Noblesse
World: reboot
