Can't delete cash items

all these items from last maplehood event can't be deleted at cash inventory nor by using incinerator. Any suggestion?

    Create a ticket and ask for a GM to delete items maybe.
    I would be as exact and give as many details as you possibly can.
    It might require a few back and forth tickets sent but if in-game methods aren't working that might be your only option.

    I cannot delete my cash equipment(I was able to delete expired pet, pet snack). It all includes from event gift, purchased from auction house(style box), purchased by yourself.
