Maple Relay Window Disappears When in Henesys Park

This occurred on Dec 10, around 4:20pm PST. I was hanging around in Henesys Park, entered Legion, then exited to collect my coins. Next thing I know, the Maple Relay window is gone when I'm back in the Henesys Park map. It does not show up when toggling the Maple Relay hotkey either. I switched off characters, went back in legion and tried going to the cash shop, but it did not show up while in the Henesys Park map. I then exited the map and it popped up again.

In short, I believe I bugged myself so that Maple Relay does not show up while in the Henesys Park map.
