Trapped in "NLC Under Attack" quest

well... I was about to submit a ticket because I was trapped inside the Alien Base - Alien base corridor (or something like that), where I needed to get out of there with the robot, but to complete the quest you need slay all the aliens that stop you, but the aliens don't appear, so you're trapped there because the quest can't be completed, but I changed character and enter again, and the quest reset from the beginning, when you are in the jail, and I've choose the second option this time and get back to NLC
