    Turn off your pirate link skill active effect (double click it).

    Your pirate link skill has the active buff to make most equipment you are wearing to
    -make str and %str give dex and %dex instead
    -make dex and %dex give str and %str instead

    So you don't need to buy new equipment if you switch job (or buy the opposite stat if it cheaper).
