Rune of Darkness Bug

Unsure if that is related to the map or the rune itself but here we go: I've been grinding in the map Black Heaven Maze 7 and have used twice a rune of darkness but no elite mob was spawning. There was no other elite mob running and neither the Riftbringer skill was activated to prevent spawning them. I'd need confirmation if outside of this map/area the rune is working properly so I cannot confirm it's the map itself.

    It definitely works in any map I've used one in, typically arcana or morass.

    Rune of Darkness will fail to summon elite monster occasionally if the hard cap on how many monster in the map is reached (typically when frenzy, fury, or kishin is used).
